    Looks ok to me. What's your concern anyway? Wouldn't able to tell whether this is the best placement or not until you have tracked the performance using channels. If the CTR rate is too late, then only do adjustment.

    You might want to give clearer signals about what your site is about (the page you linked to anyway). See all the irrelevant ads? You mentioned the 'management team' once and you have management ads displayed. Visitors to your page probably won't be interested in those ads, so it will be to your benefit if you reword/restructure your content to get more relevant ads served.

    You might want to make the ad link colour the same colour as the links on your pages. You know, blend them. I can see you've done that on the top links though.
