I need some plugins, and a new skin installed

    I know absolutely nothing about VB :). I did manage to get it installed. I need someone that can install a decent looking dark skin similar to the one I have there, or if i just installed it wrong, you can simply fix the one I have up :). then I need the facebook functionality and google adsense to work within the forum. I'm paying $20. :)
