ok, basically someone registers their details on the site, and at a given time an email is sent to that person.
Create a script in PHP to send emails to all such users who have registered. Set the cronjob for that script to execute on a specific time.
what do you mean that "and at a given time an email is sent to that person" do you mean some news? Where would you like to save email data? In a database or in a file?
