I need some opinions

Ok I have decided on the format, and what I want to promote since I am a bit of a game and hardware hacker at heart. But before I go to far and put to much into I would like to get a few thoughts. So critique away, this is just a rough build as I have alot more work to do this is just something I put together in the last hour or so.

My plans for now. Make a static Welcome message on the front page and then add some product to the front page similar to what I have now. I am also going to be adding a few more products in each category. The newsletter I would like to automate the free gifts. Which I will do tomorrow.

Thanks again for all the help you all have given me.

    Here is the link

PS: Yes I am aware that this is a different format than the regular pitch/landing page.

Of course the only reliable way to tell how well your design converts is to test, test, and test again. Opinions are useless. Data is king.

A design like yours is likely to provoke a religious war between those who think a prospect should be given just one pathway from landing to buying and those who advocate more choices. I happen to think that choice is good but guidance is also good, and I try to balance the two.

I do have some specific comments. One, rename the category "uncategorized" to something meaningful. Two, decide whether or not you're really trying to get folks to subscribe to your newsletter. If that's a major goal, then make the form prominent and write about the benefits. If not, get rid of the whole idea. That little form on the sidebar isn't going to attract much interest.

Another thing, consider offering an extra incentive for customers to purchase through your links. Many of the top affiliates offer bonuses to customers who earn them commissions. If you're interested in a way to automate that whole process, see the link in my sig.

    I hope this helps.

Thanks for the replay SolarCat . This post was actually suppose to be deleted but I will take your suggestions and work with it. The site is still very beta at the moment so it can use some work.
