Start using Scam Search whenever you're in doubt of sites or companies. I was scammed once and they will never win again.

Better stay away from PTC/PTR sites and don't waste your time. Instead focus on something more serious like affiliate marketing.

I did PTC for a number of years and yes, I did earn some cash but, when you take into consideration all the time it takes just to earn yourself a penny or two, wow...so not worth it. I literally spent hours (upon hours and hours) each and everyday just for a VERY LITTLE return. Granted that's just my opinion and I am sure there are others out there with much more patience then I have who would disagree. Not all PTC's are scam sites but, like some of the posters above pointed out, the majority of them are. If you really want to stick with PTC's, do your research first and weed out those sites that are only out there to take advantage of you. For many, you can click and click away to your little hearts desire and still get nothing but a big, fat goose egg (and I mean 'zippo') in the end for all your hard (and time consuming) work. As for Michael Mails itself, sorry to say, but that is one of the PTC sites that is (and has been for a very long time) blacklisted (ie: a confirmed scam) so stay far away from that one.

Not PPC - but I did give doing surveys a honest try. All I ended up with were points and junk! I want the CASH not some coupons !

I wanted to mention this as PPC and surveys are big right now.

Note* If you do surveys and I offended you ( anyone ) I apologize - I just had a bad experience with doing them :(

If you have a good opt in list that you are marketing to, the ONLY way to make money at PTC is to make a deal personally with companies that have offers.
You will of course have to track your own stats, but it is the only way to insure that you are getting the going rate, and if your opening rate from your list is good, you can make the maximum amount of money.

3rd party PTC programs are for noobs and they usually target the "Make Money Form Home with no experience" crowd, and then direct you to another 3rd party company to buy a list of worthless emails.

In a way it's almost like the old postal chain letter scam that tells you where to get a list to mail to.
