I need some images and programming work (CSS, PHP)

    I need a few pictures (incl) logo and some programming done on my wordpress blog. Here is what I need:

    Header image

    Smaller logo image

    2 small images
    - 1 of the images must have a basic counter script with it. Basically for all posts in my blog that have a certain tag, the counter must display the number of posts with the tag. (for example if 5 posts have the word 'test', the counter must display 4) Im not sure if this is possible please PM for more info.

    Divider

    Make a tiny change to an existing wordpress plugin
    Some CSS modifications

    Please PM if interested
