Well most people will put some form of ads on their site to make money, everytime someone clicks one of these ads the company will pay you a certain amount such as $0.20. Check out google adsense. Seeing that it's a pretty targeted forum, I'd probably recommend using adbrite for your particular site. Pay the additional fee to get listed as a featured in the adbrite directory, it's normally worth it.
