Hi I dont use paypal and only online payment way for me is alertpay i run a PTC so all the money i earn is sent to my alertpay account. I dont have a CC.And found out about VCC so is their any site or legit corp who would provide me with a relodable VCC .But they must accept alertpay as a payment method .And will i be able to use that VCC at itunes and Godaddy . Please Pm me or post here the answer i really need to know this thanks in advance.

In your case, maybe u need to use other service which need direct exchange with the dealer. Just google it.
I have never seen a VCC company that accepts Alertpay for loading their card. They accept credit cards and some accept bank transfers/wires and/or money orders in addition to credit cards.
