I did a PHP project for a lyrics site over a month ago. I did everything I was suppose to. A month later he contacts me saying theres one issue with the code that the pagnation isnt working correctly. He demands me to work on it this instant or he will do a charge back. What should I do?
If you can fix, even if you're in the right, it's probably better to fix merely for the CRM aspect. A happy customer will tell 3 people, but sadly, a disgruntled customer will tell 14. If he's being a real ass, fix it and thank him for his business, but let it be "politely known" he needn't contact you for future services - no need to have that kind of a customer.
I agree. Definitely make it clear exactly what the customer is entitled to. Glad it worked out for you.
