I need some help on Pagerank!!

I was using one of the PR prediction tools and next to the PR they had a link that said: 'check' and when i click on it, it took me to:
http://toolbarqueries.google.com/se...uto&ch=62854647901&features=Rank&q=google.com (this example is Google's pagerank results!

I just wanted to know what the results mean:

Some people think this is the live PR from google.

Personally I reckon PR prediction is even more useless than toolbar PR.

Stop worrying about Page Rank. It's not a good reflection of your site's relevance to a certain keyword. Your page rank won't convert your traffic. It's debateable that Google even displays your "real" page rank in the toolbar.

 

forget page rank its useless i have a friend with a pr 5 forums and its dead.

 

This is thought to be Google's real-time pagerank of a page. More info on http://livepr.raketforskning.com/. I've been playing with it for a while now, just for fun, I wouldn't put any trust in it.

 

If you have to check the Pagerank, use the Google toolbar. Don't use any tools as none of these are accurate imo. And as others said, ideally don't worry about PR if you can ....

It doesn't matter anymore. Google turned off this feature permanently a couple of days ago.

 

Yeah i guess this feature doesnt show any results anymore now ... so why worry about what it meant

I had to wait 6 months for a PR Rank but i still got to the top off google for "fearne cotton" PR is not the be all and end all

Thanks these kinda things fuel my mind, i am gonna try my microchip sized brain to deciphy it, i am sure this means something, will post later my results (If any)
