Don't waste your <h1> by putting "home page" in their. Instead, use keywords you're targeting. If you're feeling adventurous, upload videos to Youtube of yourself doing jujitsu and provide a link back to your site.
I think if you get more contents and put it in your "article" section, that would help. Hmmm....how about posting in martial arts forum and putting your signature link pointing to your site.
