This is my first time ever using Adwords. I wanted to gear it to a specific site. I got that right, I think. -My credit card seems to be working. -All of the personal questions, and infomation seems to be right, but here's where I get confused. -Keywords? do I need them, and where do I put them in if it's geared to being a banner at only one site. -This Max CPM etc. The Ad isn't showing up and I can't get it working. Is there something I may be missing.
If it is to display on the content network - your advert may need to be approved which can take 5 business days (mon-fri). It is possible that your advert isn't displaying because it hasn't been approved and there is nothing you can do until it is (as far as I am aware). Keywords are mainly used for the contextual advertising PPC model rather than CPM...
Are you only using site targeting? If so then you just need to list the url's of the website's you'd like to bid upon (CPM). But if you can also run a keyword based campaign and add an image ad variation which will run on the content network.
