    hi
can anyone can explain this completely and excatly what reason google adsense sent this mail?

While going through our records recently, we found that your AdSense
account has posed a significant risk to our AdWords advertisers. Since
keeping your account in our publisher network may financially damage our
advertisers in the future, we've decided to disable your account.

Please understand that we consider this a necessary step to protect the
interests of both our advertisers and our other AdSense publishers. We
realize the inconvenience this may cause you, and we thank you in advance
    for your understanding and cooperation.

If you have any questions about your account or the actions we've taken,
please do not reply to this email. You can find more information by
    visiting
    https://www.google.com/adsense/support/bin/answer.py?answer=57153.

    Sincerely,

    The Google AdSense Team

"Significant risk" often means a great quantity of invalid clicks are being made on the ads on your site.

Ohh. So sad :( . Your account has been banned. I think google detected fraud clicks on the adsense running through your publisher id.

They think "keeping your account in our publisher network may financially damage our advertisers in the future" and want you to "If you have any questions about your account or the actions we've taken, please do not reply to this email.". Well I suppose 'financially damaging' their advertisers is a HUGE concern to them but financially damaging you isn't. :(

What part of this dont you understand? It seems to be pretty clear to me. You should be asking why and how to fix it.

    oh there goes that account.

You can set up another account with the same name but different address and tweak the address a bit :)
