    Hi everyone,
It's been a dogs age since I posted here, but I need some advice.

I've been doing IM for about six years, and I've mostly been a product creator (started out as a ghostwriter) and a few Adsense sites. I've done ok, but I always had a full time job to rely on. About a year ago, hubby lost his job, a couple of weeks ago, I lost mine, and then I had to have valve replacement surgery, so... no new job for me for a couple of months. And so, I've decided to sell off my sites, but I'm hoping to sell my main one as it has the most value.

It's an MMO site with 6 products and a tight sales funnel. All the products have their own sales letters, and well monetized download pages. They've all been released (with one advertisement) over the course of the past year and 10 months, and they've all made money from that one ad. I did put the first one in an affiliate program, (Click2Sell) in Jan 2010, and my account still shows 104 affiliates, but no consistent promotion from them.

While I was laid up after the surgery, I redid all the e-covers, tightened up the funnel, and getting the whole line of products into a few different affiliate marketplaces. Two of which are free and one that costs $5.00 a month for up to 10 products, (not e-junkie.)

I was thinking of listing it here on DP, but the sticky said it must have content. I wasn't sure if that meant articles like a blog, or if books in a funnel would be the same. I also know that I can list it on Flippa and WaFo, and have a low opening bid, a reserve and a BIN... but I was hoping to get an idea of what BIN price would be a 'no brainer' for a site with 6 products, with sales letters, a tight sales funnel, and placement in 3 affiliate marketplaces... we're definitely not in a position to pay for an appraisal, and we're really not in a position to pay $40 in listing fees on WaFo and Flippa, and not have the site sell at all.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.
