    Legal proceedings won't work - they literally have no money. I know exactly what is in the bank, coming in as revenue, etc. I't sincorporated so they are not personally liable. The directors do have certain personal liabilities, but not as far as regular debt unless I can prove negligence, which is extremely difficult to do.

    Unfortunately, I found myself in a situation where I had no choise - If I stop working, the comapny goes away, which means 0% chance of getting paid. If I keep it going, then is some (slim) chance. It's a little bit of a pickle really :)
