    Hello everyone,

I'm in need of some original and quality HEALTHY breakfast/lunch/dinner recipes written.

    The recipes should have:

    - an introduction
    - step by step preparation
    - ingredient list
    - a calorie count would be good but not required.

I'm willing to pay about $1-2 per recipe, and need a about 15-60 of them(with possible more work later on).

    IMPORTANT:
I want one person to write all recipes to get a nice flow from one to the other.

If you are interested, send me a sample recipe, and feel free to remove all ingredient names, I just want to see how you write.

    Payment through paypal only.

    Regards,
    Jan Arve

Here's an impromptu sample :) (going to bed now, please PM me if I got the job thanks :)

    Healthy Pancakes on the Go

Have you ever woken up one day craving for a plate of freshly made pancakes deliciously glazed with butter and maple syrup, and a side of fresh fruits? Well, here's a simple healthy pancake recipe to whet your appetite. Make sure you use whole wheat flour in this recipe for added health benefits!

    Step one:
Combine the flour, buttermilk powder, egg whites, baking powder and salt in a large bowl. Whisk them well to create a nice bit of dry mix.

    Step two:
Combine the "liquids" -- milk, oil and vanilla in a glass

    Step three:
Pour two cups of the pre-made pancake mix and make a little well in the center, into which you need to pour the milk, oil and vanilla. Whisk in the ingredients thoroughly.

    Step four:
The actual cooking takes place now! Heat up your skillet with a little cooking oil or butter, and drop a dollop of the pancake mix on it. Brown it evenly as you see fit and voila, your healthy pancakes are done! Serve with fruits, or drizzle with chocolate syrup if you want but you run the risk of turning this simple breakfast into a sinful meal! ;) Enjoy.
