I think all services that are available today are no longer free, you have to pay for it or have something for them in return.
You could try and offer to write a post for them about something that you have written in your blog and then squeeze in a link
right now blog posting has become more popular and hence its hard to get links unless you pay for those blog posts. If you want those for free then you must try review exchange service where you need to blog about others and others will do the same for you.
