I would add a little padding around the text of your articles...the text is a bit to close to the border. Get some one to make you URLs SEF Aside from that it looks good

Someone may be able to help you out here on DP...It would be some code added to your .htaccess file. You could probably figure it out with a google search on the subject.
The background img has nothing to do with the niche of the website and is very bloated. I suggest removing it and try adding a bg color via CSS if necessary.
Not bad, I do not like the banner at all, look's very blurry and generic. I'm not a fan of the background either.
Nice and interesting content and the template and layout looks good.The site is well organised and the header image is attractive.
