I would love to learn more about though,,, maybe watch a few tutorials (if theres any out there?) anyway from my little research, what I learned is this.. find a hosting company, pay monthly fees,,, upload software or script to their server,, then start creating your site... like I said I very new to this basicaly my idea I'd like to start is an adult pay par view chat site, "cam girl"site. You named first finding a hosting company but the first piont should be finding and registrating a domain name. Preferable a catchy, brandable one; or a keyword rich one. If you can afford it, both.

Since your site is adult,i would say you better go with offshore hosting company. You need to use at least low end VPS coz video site use lot of memory.
