Hey i had an adsense account before but i got band from it for reasons google didn't say. anyways i have a friend and she also has an adsense account which she want to turn over to me.. will google allow me to be able to use that account??
once you are banned, you are banned for ever. if you try to access some other adsense account wiht the same computer, ip, isp, etc, you will get banned again.
Maybe you can try this alternative. Simply put that you are working with your friend who have the adsense account. Get all the work done for the income, and finally Google will make payment to her account (Payee's name cannot be changed). Once the payment received, it's then up to both of you to discuss on dividing the revenue.
You can use her name as for payee name & controlling name will be applicable of your friend to do all payment operations!
yes you can use that account.but be careful to not repeat old thing which caused your acct to be banned
