I need some advice.

    To put it nice and short, i am currently 15 years old and i am hoping that i can atleast get a possible $100/month

    But of course i don't have paypal because i am only 15.

    What is a decent method to earn cash without paying for it. ( getting paid via check) ( I could manage to get a domain at most )

    if you cound so some with domain name, may be you can start selling domain name or selling a hosting using check... but for check payment method, GA is good chance for it....
