I doubt we can predict the future but as long as you are the author of the scripts and that they are for legal purposes and not used to commit a crime then I do not see a problem.
yes i think they probably do if your product is a copyright product to anyone else - if its not then you need not to worry about the 2checkout. they only have restriction on copyright products that's all hope this helps...
