I need some advice about my website, also need some products to promote.

dear friends i am an affilate so i always improve my self,
i want your opinion on the new web site look i have built :

i will implement: keywords for the html tags, articles in my own website,
blogs in blogspot and others, also tools. all links will be in php or cgi redirect and i need some more good products to promote,
what you think about my site? am i goinh in the right way ?
also i will submit all my links to search directories.

 

Yes, submit your links to web directories, but not search engines.

 

Get the traffic to the site first and then convert it.

can some1 explain me please how and what a web directories are?
i mean i know how to submit ..etc.. but i dont know how it works and i really wanted to know.
also what links i should submit? links to products or main page?
and: you are saying basicly that i should submit links even when my site ant ready yet so i get trafic and see what products sells the most?

Directories... you get new backlinks... these links should be worth less, but better than nothing.

You don't need to add advertising first, just make good content and get backlinks and SERP. If you are building affiliate products sites, that is quite different... but getting traffic is the main point.

you are saying a directory is a bunch of submited URL's that are related to categories and people search them so i get back links?
and what is SERP?
can i submit multiple links for diffrent affilate products[or just articels as u said content] and submit them to 1 same directory or should i submit 1 link to the main page?

 

SERPS = Search Engine Result Page

Search engines find links in directories and more links you have it is better for you. Relevant links are the best.

I have found a website to submit to a search engines and not direcoty
what is the diffrrence? some one told me it is bad,
also i want to promote a product that uses hop=unclejoe
so i dont get at the bottom of the clickbank page the string - affilate=unclejoe.
in the faq of click bank it says :

what does that mean?

 

This is just link for knowing who made the sale. Nothing special, just use the one you generate in the "Clickbank Admin".
