I need simple way to charge someone using his credit card

    Hi,
    I have paypal account and I need to charge someone a one time fee using his credit card. that person does not have paypal but I do have.

    How can setup a way to charge using credit card?

    Any help?

    use the merchant services. you can see it at your paypal account page.
