It's easy for someone to hire a programmer, they're all over the web, for hardly anything. So why would someone invest their time and money with you, when 1 you clearly don't know how this game works and 2 the profit from you is not guaranteed.

1) I spend money on programmer
2) I spend money on Seo
3) I keep all profit.

SEO COSTS MONEY! But hey you know better. I can guarantee you, you will not get anyone taking of this pathetic offer.

Stop being cheap and pay for the work to be done.

Here is point four of five just to give you an idea on what im on about... Its called "Search engines see through changing sentence structures".
As part of the diversity scoring of a page, search engines are able to differentiate between two sentences which have totally different words but the same or similar "meanings". You have to ensure your word choices reflect enough differentiation between your competing websites, for example if all competing websites have a phrase inside their content saying ‘I wrote this text, it is totally relevant’ or ‘The words written here are relevant’, but none say ‘these phrases are all associated’, choose the latter as it will give your site extra diversity, because it is different enough to capture other areas of relevancy and not have the exact same meaning, while still remaining fully on topic.
Therefore be careful of modified or adapted content, if you must have similar content to another website, make sure your content is more meaningful and uses different and plentiful adjectives and associations, without losing your relevancy and veering off topic. This is the balance between content volume versus content diversity. The more content you have, the harder it is to stay on topic and deliver enough diversity, but the greater the rewards, as your potential rank especially for highly competitive keywords improves dramatically.
