yup, bing and yahoo....so outdated with data....very slow....Ill kill myself if somebosdy tells me get ranked on yahoo or bing
I would first like to know the reason behind your desire to rank for bing. Just doesnot make sense to me. If you are afraid of the stiff competition, than chose less competitve keyword, and grow your site gradually.

bing is similar to google and yahoo. Just build more content and more links to your site. Content is key for bing as they will deindex you if you don't update your site quite regularly.
Google is super fast to crawl for those sites which is older and submitted their sitemap to Google and specially which is hosted on Google like blogger blogs Google crawl they within mins only my personal experience with this but i have no big experience for Bing and yahoo!
Google is what you should worry about if you rank well in Google I can be damn sure that you will rank automatically well in other search engines
