    As AutoTerminal suggested, there are a lot of factors to consider in doing your website.

    However if you're looking for help, you should instead look on the Marketplace -not the Search Engine Optimization forum.

    While it's more reading, it's generally better to do it yourself. There are way too many self-proclaimed "experts" who are looking out for themselves rather than your long-term success.

    I would rephrase that, any seo that improves your site is good seo and can be guaranteed. Now guaranteeing top rankings , number 1 for search terms and things alike would be something that you couldn't guarantee. I can guarantee improvement on any site ranking throw at me when it comes to SEO.
