that can submit thread to some vbulletin forums

for example

i sign up in 50 vbulletin forums

i need to submit my thread to all this 50 vbulletin forums by 1 file php

only i but my user name and password in the file and but the title of the thread and the message

then i clike send and they send them to all this 50 vbulletin forums
