Actually I am Familiar with Windows . Can i do video water marking in VPS with VNC? what software i have to use for that ?

It's Linux, not Windows.

bought from him.. its worth the money ..from two point of view:
1. Very cheap
2. I don't need very speedy by this time. I am now getting 4 Mbps uploads and 8-12 Mbps for downloading..that's enough for me.
