Unlimited and reliable don't go together. There is No such thing. And if they allow Proxies and streaming then it's even going to be more un-reliable. I suggest you go for a dedicated/VPS.
No one can offer "unlimited" as theres no such thing as unlimited diskspace etc... We can offer "unmetered" though. I can predict many offers being posted in this thread containing unmetered/unlimited everything for a stupidly low price, as many people oversell like mad. Your going to have a heck of a time finding a good host that will allow proxies/video streaming on a shared master account. I would suggest at minimal a VPS or a dedicated server preferably.
