I need someone who can code my PSD or JPG image into a Wordpress theme. If you can only code to HTML/CSS, please provide those rates. The design is pretty simple. One header, one sidebar with images, and one footer. For the Wordpress coding: there will be a place to list pages, but that super-easy. I need this done fairly quickly so please give me a time frame for the completion of the project. I will only send samples to a select few as the sample is copyright and I do not have permission to reproduce it here. EDIT: Payment will be paid in full through PayPal at the completion of the project.
