Buying I need PSD to WORDPRESS Service...please read...need good wordpress coder

    ok,

    I got this psd made, and the designer found me someone to do the psd 2 wp conversion.

    However, im not satisfy for these reason:

    Only basic skeleton of wordpress.
    CSS Styling is very poor and lacking
    Features requested not present

    To me, the coder, coded a basic php wordpress theme, with any premium function such as:

    coded menus
    comments system
    Proper sidebar coding

    Now, I have the files and db of the unfinished work. Id like to hire someone who will either spruce it up a bit in terms of features/styling

    Basically, I want a fully working wordpress theme, not just a php structure. I would appreciate the theme coding be made over a premium engine, or at least something that use all features of wordpress.
