    I need a custom vBulletin skin designed. No coding, but professional xhtml/css clean art. In order to qualify, You must send your previous works/portfolio in PM or short email. You'll get more details(via IM) if chosen. DO NOT ADVERTISE YOUR WEBSITE or be spam reported! Price for the PSD files: 100.00$ via PayPal(50% up front to the chosen one).
