From this post, I assume you have a press release written and you are looking to hire someone who will distribute the release to about 100 press release sites. Is this true? Do you have the list or is this something you expect the person or firm submitting on your behalf to provide? What is your time frame? What, in your opinion, constitutes "better quality" and, (sorry, I just have to ask this..) why do you think you deserve top quality if you don't want to pay for it. I'm wearing my Editor hat here: as I often say to my clients you can't expect your reader to be able to read your mind. An extra verb or adjective here would probably make this post more successful.
