If you want to boost the PR of some of your internal pages, you have to adjust your internal linking to boost these pages. More of your own sites have to link to the selected pages. Make sure that there is a link from the homepage to the ressource page, if you really want to boost it.

When did you develop this Resources page? It's not cached yet. You have put 'more' link on that page. How people would know when the list ends? You may think of putting a small content for "Links", may be of 4-5 lines. That should help. Did you manage to get any good quality link which is pointing to this page?
