    I need cheap VCC or bank account for paypal New Zealand businness account verification.
    I want to pay this VCC via paypal (i can't use cc or egold).

    Don't use a cheap VCC. I did and paypal locked my account.

    You need a CC that is legit, not these VCC scams that people are pushing here--that has the potential to backfire and put you in a worse spot than before. Better to get a debit card(Visa or MC) from a local bank in NZ and use that for verification. No problems there.

    What will happen if I use legitimate CC instead of a VCC? I have a feeling that VCC is not safe & not reliable...

    nope, it wont be ok. you will be needing a bank account under your name and your own country.

    VCC is definately not safe and reliable. When you have a legitimate CC then you have the correct address on the CC which is what they were trying to verify in the first place.
