Try creditburner , they are accepting pretty much everyone and their ratio on just CPM banners is much more than adbrite... + they are 100% paying every 15-30 of the month.

 

The guy here is for discussing pay per view not for data entry jobs .

If you have traffic then you must use popup for serving ads.

Adbrite is best and reputed as many user has prescribed.
