I need opinions and help with my web site

I have my web site and I am not able to post anything up because I don't know a lot about HTML or have any programs to upload any information. I don't like a lot of the aspects of my website because it doesn't flow and it can be to much to read. Does anyone have any suggestions?? My site is juicedbaseballplayers

 

I went to site and it looks good! There's a logo, Google ads, navigator bar, etc. But, why aren't you able to post anything? You can use MS Office Frontpage to design websites and upload using FTP.

If you want to convert your site into a blog, download and install wordpress or b2evolution and start using it.

If so then it doesn't look bad. Looks like it is database driven, so how can't you post anything on it?
