I have someone who is doing work for me, but they live in Romania. Paypal does not allow me to send them money, because they can only send, not receive payments. I normally use Xoom.com for the Phillipines, but Xoom does not support Romania.

Does anyone know of a service like Xoom, that can work for people living in Romania?

I opened a moneybookers account, but my clients only use Paypal. I'm not really looking for a service like Paypal. Instead, I'm looking for a service like Xoom that can work with my Paypal account to send money to Romania. Can Ikobo do this?

With iKobo you are sending funds from your credit card. Used them before without issues.

I've worked with Romanians and send them money with 2checkout.com

Xoom.com is unique because instead of it being a completely new payment service, like Ikobo, Neteller, or Moneybookers, it allows you to use your Paypal account to send money to people who normally can't get money through paypal.

A good example is the Phillipines. You can't send anyone money directly in the Phillipines with Paypal. With Xoom, you can pull from from your Paypal account, and use their service to transfer the money. Then someone in the Phillipines can pick it up.

Here is the problem. Xoom.com does not support Romania. I'm looking for a service, like Xoom.com, that is affiliated with Paypal, and does not require me to open a new account like moneybookers.

Since almost all my clients use Paypal, it is pointless to open moneybookers, since they won't be able to pay me through it, and I can't send the money to the client.

With Ikobo, can I use my credit card to send money to someone who has a moneybookers account? After looking at their site, it seems like my employee needs to have a special card.

Dammit, I finally find a reliable employee, but I can't pay them because everyone uses different payment services, and they only support certain countries. How damn annoying!!

Isn't it simple enough to file for a paypal debit card and CHOOSE which company you use to transfer your money internationally?

If you want to use your credit card in paying your Romanian employee you can consider sending through Western Union.

    No to the first question.

iKobo sends the person receiving the funds an Ikobo visa debit card, which they can use for normal visa purchases or to withdraw from an ATM.
