You definitely need a dedicated server or VPS ( managed or unmanaged, if you know how to manage Linux ). Shared hosting is not good for forums. If you need europe location, you can check bacloud.com

 

What the hell are you talking about? The OP mentioned IPB 4. Do you realize that the entire infrastructure of IPB 4 cloud-based hosting is formed of shared hosting environments?

 

May I know in which location most of your audience comes from ? because it will be better to get a server in the same country as your visitors are coming from or near to it. So let us know which country will you consider as offshore.

By that I mean't from which country does maximum number of users come from on your website.

For Example: If 75% of your visitors come from Taiwan then you should probably get a VPS/Dedicated Server in Taiwan.

atm i am using godaddy, exactly => https://uk.godaddy.com/hosting/wordpress-hosting "13.9$/month"

and everything is fine , website never got down or slow, website is very fast even if there is lot of visitor (my alexa traffic rank: 2500)

but i think i will go for offshore wordpress hosting (reason in futur)

anyone can suggest for me good and best offshore wordpress hosting who can be like godaddy hosting service! ( good support, never down, fast.....)
