I need Offshore Adult Video (stream) Hosting with lots of BW and SPACE

    Hi,

    I am looking for an Offshore (preferably) hosting for Adult video streaming (on php) and Warez (not necessary).

    What I need:

    Space: 60gb-100gb
    monthly BW: 10,000GB (UNLIMITED if possible)
    Domain: 1 or 2
    Email: not needed
    Method of payment: PAYPAL

    Requierment for video streaming:
    - PHP 4.3 and above (including support of CLI)
    - MySQL database server
    - LAME MP3 Encoder
    - Libogg + Libvorbis
    - Mencoder and also Mplayer
    - FFMpeg-PHP
    - GD Library 2 or higher
    - CGI-BIN
    - Be able to run background processes

    Any host you can suggest me?

    p.s. Ive got the money, but please stay reasonable

    If you need that much bandwidth you would need a dedicated server which will cost you more than 300-400 monthly.
