Wow for $7/month I don't think you can get that much space and bandwidth but if you want unlimited features with cPanel and Fantastico I would suggest http://w-hosts.net and check out there shared plans the cheapest price is $3.00 and the highest is $7 for shared.
thx...are you using them? well 7 dollars/month doesn´t feel that much.... siteground have about the same that I ask for 6 dollars/month....but i read alot of bad reviews of them....anybody have experience with siteground?
Sitegrounds are oversellers, which means they aren't good they are the worst for hosting and yes I am using W-Hosts. SiteGround being an overseller means that they just lie about the bandwidth and space they are giving because they know you aren't going to use it all. Doing it that way means if you violate there tos in anyway or cpu usage for the server gets high your account will get suspended/terminated.
If you want reliable services, you will need to raise your budget or reduce your requirements. Otherwise you will get plenty of offers from the school age hosts here.
wow, i couldn't imagine you finding any reliable host for that price for what you need in a plan. I would rethink your budget costs to avoid future pitfalls with hosts.
