I need: New Custom Template Designed (sample layout ready - Needs 2 be spiced up!)

    - I need a new custom template designed for a media website.
    - I have a sample layout designed specifying where I want the content and ads to go.
    - I need someone to spice this up and make it look flashy and attractive! :)

    What I need:

    index page PSD (spiced up *read above*)


    This is a media website, so I really need it to be flashy as it will have a lot of flash and ajax content!

    Note: If you can design AND code the website, this is a plus! :cool:
