I need my new posts to be autotweeted and Posted to FB how?

I am using wordpress, and I need a free tool which tweet and share my new posts automatically to twitter and facebook respectively.

For twitter I use http://www.twaitter.com/ you can schedule your tweets to post as often as you like. They also say you can use ping.fm to update your facebook and other social networking sites through twaitter.com, I have not used this part of it though

 

I use Feedburner for all my RSS feeds, which will tweet for you. Then just add the RSS Graffiti app to my FB page, sorted.
