I Need My HTML site to be in WordPress.

    I have the CSS for this site and wanted to know if it can be in wordpress. It's in HTML and it's a pain to update and edit.I would like to use wordpress instead so that people can make comments on the posts.
    However I still want to use the same heading and color scheme as well as same adsense placement. I'm not sure if this is possible but then again what do I know.
    How much will you charge me.

    Ok how much? Youll have to look at the site in IE because it's terrible in fire fox. This is my first site I've made on my own.
