I need my CJ account reactivated, please.

    Why don't you just apply for a new one? They will not reactivate your old one, just forget about it. They never do.

    Yes this is true - is impossible to reactivate inactive accountes, this happens due you had no sales on the last 6 months.

    Their standard procedure is to create a new account, you'll very welcome again: Don't worry this is not a TOS violation - is the standard procedure, just use a different email from old account.

    No chance of reactivating the account, create a new account with new email id.

    Yeah, their procedure is different from what Google Adsense does. Just apply for a new account from a new email address.
