I need more than just a website. I have 100's of URL's that I would like to lease out to people on a monthly basis. Webmail would be included with each. So here is what I need: 1. Paypal integration 2. Shopping cart (pay-pal or agora, preferably paypal) 3. An automated system to generate a username and password so they can have access to their webmail. 4. Website design which would show what I have available (real or almost realtime); What is currently leased and when that lease expires. 5. A waiting list for items that are currently leased. 6. E-mail system, e-mailing waiting list at designated intervals prior to lease expiring. 7. Only a couple pages - Home page, About us, Other Resources (links), Thank you page to be displayed after purchase. 8. Ability to add to the available list (since I acquire new assets regularly). I was told that ColdFusion could do all of this for me but I'm not dead set on anything. I would rather have it done in .Net, ASP.net, or something that could be worked on by a third party after completion "If there was a problem" since Cold fusion isn't as big as it used to be. I already have logo's and can provide verbiage. This must be professional I'm not looking for a fun site or a Face book/ YouTube / Craigslist clone. I'm willing to pay well for good(excellent) work - I just need to make sure: 1. You know what your doing. 2. It will work! Trust me I'm not scared to write checks or send $PayPal!
