I know we all need money fast and we all work for it, but I really need about 300$ this week for personal issues. Post a thread in the marketplace here advertising your web design skills, put up a couple of previous jobs you have done, and charge at an extremely cheap rate, you will be doing more work but you will sure get the money quicker. Also you could do professional ad banners for $5 each, a lot of people will snatch them from you, and you could do professional logos for $15. Just a couple of examples but the opportunity is there.

if you are really desperate, you could consider donating plasma... They let you do it up to twice per week. 2 donations should be worth $50-60 depending on where you live... I kind of suspect that this isn't what you are looking for though... Also, I don't know how much time you would have to put into it, but if you go through the forums, there are usually people offering from $1 to ??? to do odd internet jobs, like stumble links, post responses to blogs, etc... At worst if you get $2.7 / hour, and go 16 hours per day for 7 days you will get your $300. You would need a paypal account though, and a way to get your money out of the paypal account quickly...
Also, do you have an online portfolio? that might help, post it here... might help people to see what kind of work you do... webdesign skills is kind of vague... be more specific, maybe I need something you can do...
