I need money/an investor/loan

I have a dilema. I wish to purchase a great site for about £300 or $600 which is a turnkey site and will make me about £100 a month or $200. I do not have this amount of money to spend. That is why I am in need of an investor or a loan.

I realise this sounds a bit like a scam asking for cash but it isnt.

To get the money I would either like and investor to pay all of money (PM me for more info on me paying back e.tc.) or some sort of company that will give me a loan to my paypal account. If someone has information of such a company then please could they share it?

I am also looking for suggestions on how to ge the cash.

    Thanks

I would suggest to get a mobile phone in your name and make payment on time-Get your credit rating establish so that when you turn 18 you can get a loan than. Get a job awell.

    Family/friends.

Since you are not 18, and unable to sign a legally binding contract, nobody would/should consider lending you money. That's why you can't get it from the bank also.

I doubt that anyone who doesn't know you personally would want to give you an unsecured loan like this.

    Start up a blog
    Write some quality articles
Ask for small payments to have you write a review about their sites.
    Build up your Paypal account
    WAIT (Key point here).
When you have enough money. Buy the web site.

    Hope this helps.

    Col :)

I dont know of many turn-key sites that make that sort of money instantly. yeah you get a turn key site up and online, but that doesnt get the visitors to come and purchase from you does it?

Also i dont know of many people who would load to someone of 15 years of age, i am also very young ad only 20, but ive learnt how to make the sites myself rather than purchasing them. may i sugeest doing that?

He asked for investors and not suggestors ;)

BTW it seems very fine to me that a website earns US$ 200 a month. Thats very normal and easy.

Be very wary of turnkey sites. They may have a great design, but you need to get the necessary backlinks and traffic for them to be successful. Even then, what's going to stop Google delisting you for duplicate content?

I suggest you read more before you drop a substantial amount of money into a website. I also think you will be more successful with a website you build and maintain on your own.

The guy I am buying off is a good friend of mine and he is actually giving it to me for half price because of this. I have seen the adsense reports and it has made $90 in the last week. Suggestions are welcomed.

n.b. he wants me to make a decision soon, so quick ideas for money would be appreciated.

What sort of PHP scripts are people after? I could code one and sell that probably.

It's your decision. I think you'd get a much better return on your money from buying an established non turnkey website though.

Someone rushing you into a decision isn't the sign of a good deal either.

hm..sounds kind of sketchy to me as well... if you're an experienced webmaster and have researched your purchase a lot, look at it again before buying it.

if you're new, i'd be weary and learn a bit of the basics before buying the site..I was going to recommend prosper.com, but you have to be 18 for it..
