A free way around this would be to use Wordpress. Gives you complete user control, is FREE and comes with a load of plugins. You could even start having paid pages. Nice simple free way of doing things!
If you don't get along with computer that much you can always pay a freelancer to build you a website using WP
There are a lot og free scripts on the internet. You dont need to buy one. Just google a bit and you'll find what you need.
i agree with erase, there's plenty of free scripts out there that you can just grab and integrate them to your site without any hang ups, and plus you know they work so troubleshooting shouldn't be a big problem

Learn PHP. Not only can you make your own login script, you can also make other stuff when you need to.
blinking text "JOIN NOW" is little bit irritating, sorry for my words but reduce the blinking time for inner pages , logo is different than home page, also background is different
